I was definitely shocked last night, yeah. Like, no licensing tax at all? These don't look like the sort of simplified Warrior or Alpha class that would normally sell for under $25 these days.

I don't remember the head size being the big complaint. I recall his teeth, and his eyes to a lesser extent, being the big issues with that design. Good luck picking the right grille and headlights, I guess...The whole front of the car should have become the robot mode's head. Did they not learn from the "Ugly Sonic" fiasco that fans get mad if Sonic's whole head isn't the largest single body part of his whole body?
Easiest solution, make the robot mode partly inspired by Metal Sonic.
Or the metallic sheen version of Sonic from Sonic Heroes's multiplayer mode.
