I'm pretty sure it did come from Big Lots. Can't remember if it was in a 2-pack or 4-pack, but only the mantis and the tan Mosquito on the other side of the group (the one with the pair of, um...Dalek bumps...) were in the box for my Insecticon Swarm. (My organizational system is grouped by teams, such as Autobot Rescue Force, Iacon Defense Force, Decepticon Earthforce, Drednox, etc, so if there were more in the set, I may have assigned them to a different group.)

I'm aware of 4-packs and single carded releases, but not 2-packs.

I had a few. Mystery Big Lots robots were my favorite toys before I got my hands on real Transformers.
