It sounds like you two are being Coached to say positive things about that episode…
The two of them are plotting their own triple takeover of this forum.

I’m either lying or I’m stupid.
I’m stupid, I’m stupid!

I painted the thing up to match the Coach’s colors but I just didn’t like the mold enough to keep it.

How the hell was TR Blitzwing's Titanmaster not the Triple Takeover football coach?
Must not have been JG1 enough for John Warden.

(and there's that nagging shared-body mold-tooling it had with Doomshot)

Hasbro was WEIRDLY insistent on making sure this time around the head figures were robots and could plausibly deny any of them being Nebulon or Human.
On one hand I respect it, because I find the Nebulons just kinda... not interesting... but on the other hand Headmaster Juniors were awesome and the dye's been cast, might as well have fun with it. Like Blitzwing isn't a Headmaster but if they're gonna insist on it... just go all out wacky.

They could have just colored him like the football coach or named him Longbomb or something if they really wanted to since the fans would pick up on it even if he’s not explicitly named as the coach. They probably decided that it was too goofy for the tone they had in mind.

I'm surprised the Takara release didn't have Joy, Hothead and Random headmasters. Also the recent Overcharge figure would have been far more interesting if it was the TR figure with an extra like Sawback's vehicle and the Thrilling 30 Blitzwing's sword.

TFW user Lazerwave has posted an in-hand review of Bonecrusher:

There's a big red flag for me there. I've been assuming that all the combiner joints aside from the ankles would be part of the Commander set, to make sure he would have good, strong ratchet joints like Menasor. Seems that the elbow joint might still be part of the forearm, as I was expecting, and I still assume the knees will be part of Long Haul's trailer. However, it appears that Bonecrusher's treads just slide onto a mounting point on the torso, and he contains a non-ratcheted friction shoulder joint. No response to the person who asked how strong that joint seems to be, but I'm now much less confident in the engineering on this Devastator than I was before seeing this.

I mean, the whole reason I was OK with the frame construction for Menasor and Superion, and the apparent partial frame construction for Devastator, was that it increases the combiner mode stability. Well, that and it allows some pseudo mass shifting to let them scale better in both individual and combined modes. But if he's going to have plain friction shoulder joints, what's the point? I certainly wasn't expecting a downgrade from CW joints...

Menasor and Superion’s shoulders had an entire deluxe figure and the arm parts to deal with while Devastator only has the forearm and around half of Bonecrusher/Scavenger to worry about. Maybe it’ll work.
