More Vance than Trump, but kind of ironic for this position to be coming from this administration:

I just saw a goofy joke on Facebook with a map showing the Bermuda triangle renamed the American Triangle. One of the corners of it was San Juan and I guess I don't look at this map very often. I went to Puerto Rico on my honeymoon, but I think of it has being closer than it is.

I'll get to my point. Really before we grab Greenland and Gaza it makes more sense to grab Cuba and Hispaniola. Cuba used to be really nice and I'm not sure Hispaniola was, but it could be with the money Trump wants to invest in making Gaza a resort.

We're going to need the finest minds to come up with names for all these new states. I mean, if Red, White, and Blueland is the base line for what we're going for, we're really going to need to buckle down.

Panama > PanaMAGA
San Juan > San Don(ald)
Haiti > Make America Graiti
Cuba > Cube (I assume most MAGAts think that's the English translation of "Cuba")
Hispaniola > WASPaniola

But realistically, it's going to be jive like "Trumpama", "San Trump", "Puerto Trumpo", etc.

I don't even know how many, but annexing Cuba has to be worth a LOT of Maga-points. It used to be a resort island, it is SUPER-COMMUNIST, JFK was supposed to take care of it and didn't, they make great cigars that are hard to get ahold of.

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

Cuban cigars are only hard to get in countries that are actively blockading the island.

FB friend:
Trumpers keep using the word "corruption", but they don't use it the way we use it. To anyone with even the most elementary grasp of law or civic theory, "corruption" in government is people using public office for personal gain: something Trump and Musk do in public every day.

But to Trumpers, "corruption" in government has a more religious and puritanical meaning. To them, it refers to sin. It refers to bad people, bad movements, bad ideologies, etc. gaining a foothold in society and government. To the Trumpers, "corruption" is literally whenever a Democrat holds power.

That's why they believed they were fighting corruption by electing Trump, and they STILL believe they are fighting corruption. They believe he is rooting out and destroying corruption because in their minds, "corruption" means "sinners", and "sinners" means "liberals". When they speak of "eliminating corruption", they mean "eliminating liberals".

Words have power, but they can also mean completely different things to different people.

Strongest condemnation of the Trump junta (so far) from this side of the pond is from a former Tory prime minister who was last in office back in 1997. The current fake Labour government seems more set on appeasement than anything else, most likely due to being stuck outside of the European tent.

In the latest round of ass kissing, a GOP rep has introduced legislation to make Trump's birthday a federal holiday.

Gotta be honest, with this, the golden Trump idol, and the $100 Trump bill goat idol, I really wonder just how aware his supporters are that they've been completely compromised by this cult of personality.
